Hug anyone who's willing to offer you , friends and family are terrific for hugs, but also if you want one ask your nurses to get a hug, they'll be more than willing to offer you a wonderful hug. Grab your pet and cuddle with them or even a stuffed animal from your childhood, anything that will you the comfort you require. Hugs truly do make a difference when you want one.
